I would like to start of this post with a sincere apology for the brief hiatus these past two months. Hopefully my sparkling new website sheds some light as to why I’ve been away. To be honest with you, since last year it has been a real challenge staying motivated with my blog. I felt like I was not growing, and like I needed to do better and be better. I was truly in a slump. I felt like my content was not up to par and I truly needed to up the ante.
I’ve put myself though some really harsh self-criticism lately, without which I would not have pushed myself to make the necessary changes I needed to- not just with my blog but with all aspects of my being.
I am so proud to finally share my website with you! The fact that I put it together myself (yes, no help from an IT guru guys! We made it!), makes sharing it with you much more worthwhile. It is a work in progress- as most things are in life- but I sincerely hope you like our new home. 🙂
As for the hair, I really wanted to play up my braid out and so I decided why not go for the ‘Half Bun’, which I wore on straight hair in a previous post.
