Valentine’s Day is rapidly approaching ladies, whether you’re spending the day with a special someone, hanging out with the girls or boycotting the day all together- Although, I highly advise against this, take time to love and celebrate yourself and your loved ones instead. The best way to attract love and happiness into your life it is to give love and happiness to the universe and those around you. We reap what we sow right? So why not plant seeds of love, happiness and abundance. (Don’t be a Debby Downer!)
Well, however you choose to celebrate Valentine’s Day, do it in style! I have a few hairstyle ideas to make sure you SLAY on that fateful day! The first look is all about showcasing this crowning glory that I spend so much time and effort taking care of. BOOM!
Channeling my inner Diana Ross with this one. With this beautiful weather, it’s the perfect time to let your hair down and show them what you’re working with! I mean, what’s the point of all the protective styling if you can’t enjoy the length right?
I started off with clean, stretched hair. (Refer to this post to see how I achieved my stretched hair). Unravel the hair from the Bantu knots/ twists and separate each section.
Give that hair a slight ‘jooj’, fluffing up the curls and adjusting your hair until you’re satisfied.
And you’re all done! Picture time!
